Top Romantic Restaurants in KL/PJ for Valentine’s Day 2026
It’s that time we meet again. It’s time to find a spot to bring your girlfriend for Valentine’s Day yet again. Fret not, as I will never leave you guys hanging. Here’s the Bibz Eats guide to Where to Eat in KL/PJ this Valentine’s Day 2026!
Note: This is a post that I’m going to be constantly changing and making additions to getting closer to Valentine’s Day. Reason being: that I want to be sharing good options for you all, whether it be the highest range or the lowest range, so do check on this post regularly to find any new menus that have been released, as I will be sharing them here.
I recognise I don’t have too many options for the PJ folk, so will definitely be looking out for more in the PJ area, look out for updates from my end!
Option#1: Molina KL
Starting with the highest range, Molina KL. I’ve actually done some digging and it’s actually not very easy to get a Michelin Star meal on Valentine’s Day. Many are flat out booked already (at time of writing 23rd Jan). So Molina and Akar are the two options that I see that offer Valentine’s Meals among the 6-One michelin star restaurants in KL (the only 2 Michelin star restaurant in KL does not have any more slots for Valentine’s Day). So I’m quite sure that these seats will still get snapped up very fast regardless. I don’t see any menu being shared anywhere at the moment, just the price.

Option #2: Osteria Gamberoni
Next up we have probably the one that I would personally recommend. A fairly reasonable price for what I know is a quality restaurant. To be perfectly honest, I’m actually mildly surprised that the price isn’t higher for Valentine’s Day, so I would personally even go as far as saying if I were to go anywhere for Valentine’s Day this year, it would be here. But yeah, you won’t be seeing me here this year. XD
The menu is the following:
Mini Potato and Crab Croquette (Amuse Bouche)
Brioche with Scallop and Shaved Truffle
Prawn Risotto
Cod Fish / Slow Cooked Beef Cheek
Dark Chocolate Raspberry Crumble

Option #3: Envi Sky Dining
A spot with a lovely view over KLCC, a MUST with your date on Valentine’s Day right? I think this is one of the more reasonable places to go to considering the view, so it’s definitely an option worth considering! Sharing their menu below:
Rolled Rose Salmon Appetizer
Creamy Asparagus Soup
Pan Fried Spring Chicken / Grilled Ribeye Steak / Grilled Seabass
Red Velvet Cake

Option #4: Nobu
Another spot at a significantly higher price point, but in reality, this one you’re paying a lot for just the name of Nobu. But seriously speaking, reading their menu just makes me hungry already:
Toro Tartare with Caviar
Madai Chipotle Miso
Nobu Style Sushi (Akami, Kamasu Ginger Negi Oroshi, Scallop Wasabi Salsa, Uni & Ika Sushi Cup)
Rice Paper Pillow with Shrimp
Steam Coral Grouper
Smoked Wagyu Shokupan
A5 Wagyu with Eel Pepper Sauce
Chuka Inaniwa with Lobster Broth
Yuzu Strawberry Pavlova
I don’t say this often about Valentine’s Day dinner menus, but this one really, really seems like overkill - in the sense that I would be worried if I saw you at the Mamak feeling hungry still after this meal (as it is usually after these kinds of event meals).

Option #5: Dining in the Dark
I always like adding this to my list because it is a slightly more interesting option - in the sense that you don’t really know what to expect and you can’t even see the food, so you’re fully relying on taste and conversation to guide you through your meal. I’ve personally never done this before, but I have always thought that the idea of this was interesting (doesn’t help that this doesn’t make for good blog content), but I like to share it nonetheless.

Option #6: TakeEn Omakase
Will be headed over here next week for a media session, so will share more next week! But this is an 8 course Omakase with lots of different elements, excited to share with you all more about it next week!

Option #7: The Pearl Kuala Lumpur
I know the pain-points of couples not eating a full meal on Valentine’s Day, so I’m at least going to leave one buffet option here for all those who can eat. A live band, roast meats, and at least you will end the night with a full belly! This is also a pretty good option for those with a single kid - as you get one kid eating for free if you come with two paying adults!

Option #8: Carbon.KL
One of the more reasonable options that I’ve seen - with a decent looking menu to match, so one of the options to consider for Valentine’s Day this year!
You can make a reservation via this link right over here!
Option #9: Caffeinees Kepong
Another option on the more budget friendly end, with a chocolate fountain that I’m sure will make the Valentine’s Dinner memorable - I’d like to think that people most remember desserts because that’s how you end the meal.
