Suddenly felt like having Bak Kut Teh over the weekend, so was about to pop over to my usual spot in Sri Hartamas, but I just had this temptation to look for some eating spots in Kepong - and lo and behold, I stumbled upon a bib gourmand receipient - Hin Kee Bak Kut Teh!

With similar origins to the wildly famous (I have lots of friends who swear by this Bak Kut Teh) Bak Kut Teh from Kota Tinggi, Kiang Kee Bak Kut Teh (强记肉骨茶), Kota Zheng Zhong offers Johor Bahru-ians a chance to experience that very taste right from Nusa Bestari.

Kluang is not particularly known for their Bak Kut Teh, but this would be a pretty good choice. The Bak Kut Teh here is of the more clean tasting type, and can fit your fancy if you don’t like those stronger tasting ones.
