Bibz Reviews | Sprezzabox for Men

I wouldn’t say I’m a big fan of the subscription model, but here’s one that I’m a REALLY big fan of, and it is Sprezzabox! Today I’ll just be going through my general thoughts and just showing you what I get in a Sprezzabox!

Full Disclaimer: I’m not paid or endorsed by Sprezzabox in any way, shape or form. I’m honestly just a big fan of their products (Come at me Sprezzabox if you want a collaboration but yeah)

If you’d like to take a look at their website before reading further down, do go ahead right here!

Honestly speaking, this is my second Sprezzabox that I have received (which kinda means I saw the value of the first one), so I ain’t just talking about any old product that I don’t use. I legitimately USE these products all the time.

The two boxes that I have gotten are “The Empire” and “The Hillcrest” boxes if you guys would like to take a further look at those two boxes.

The Hillcrest Sprezzabox Review

The first box I got came a little bit banged up (the second one came okay) but I must comment on their excellent customer service! The box actually got lost somewhere along the way and didn’t make it to my house. After sending an e-mail over to customer support, they actually just sent me another box, no questions asked. Really appreciated that!

The other thing is that, being from Malaysia, it does take quite a while to make it here, but it is one of those things that have made it to my house from the US without much difficulty (after the very first box)

What you basically get with Sprezzaboxes are a set of products (usually around 5-7 products depending on the month) that are the kind of things that almost everyone uses. Granted, I know not everyone wears a tie and formal socks all the time, but you kind of get the idea. The type of one size fit all products for the average working male.

The price of each box if you buy them individually (like me) is USD28 + shipping (but you can find a lot of discount codes or buy 1 free 1 kind of codes online). For a person like my living in Malaysia, the cost comes up to USD36 after all is said and done - around RM150. But, you can get these boxes for even cheaper if you subscribe for 6 months/1 year. What I must state is that whilst you can’t pick and choose what goes into the box for the particular month you order it, there are features like SubSwap which allow you to exchange products with other users of Sprezzabox. I’ve not personally used it, so I can’t really talk too much about that.

My understanding for how their business works is this kind of bulk buying products so that they become cheaper for the everyday person to buy as part of a set - you’re not choosing, they’re kind of just putting it in everyone’s boxes for the month. For “The Hillcrest”, the value of everything inside is supposedly estimated to be USD182 retail price, so there’s actually quite a lot of value in here if you don’t mind the part where you can’t choose the products.

In both boxes that I have bought, there is a theme of wine vouchers, so there’s that too! I’m not too big on wine, so here’s my code to redeem. Basically first come first serve for this one!

Here are the other things part of my latest Sprezzabox!

Their customary tie - SPREZZA Brand (USD25 retail)

Sprezzabox+Socks

Ainsley & Troupe Pocket Square (USD22)

Razor MD Tweezers (USD19.99)

Elevon Watch (USD105)

Elevon Watch Sprezzabox

Honestly if you ask me, the watch itself makes THIS particular box worth it if you’re a fan of collecting beautiful watches. It’s actually a beautiful piece that you can even take with you for diving! That being said, I’m quite a big fan of my Garmin FR235, which makes it a little more difficult to use, but I guess I can always use it for special occasions.

With regard to the quality of materials, I love them! They’re comfy, they’re casual and formal at the same time, and they suit many things in general.

I like the idea that sometimes you end up with something that you never knew you needed (good or bad I guess, in certain cases). In this case, I was pleasantly pleased to find a new pair of tweezers! Really like them if you ask me, and I could even say that I’ve been looking for something like this for the longest time!

Overall

Love the boxes! You get a lot of value out of the products - IF YOU’RE WORKING A 9-5 office job that requires a tie. I personally don’t think I need it enough to get it every month, but it is one of those things that I really like to get to freshen up my wardrobe a little around twice a year.
