When I was thinking up of content for my blog, it just occurred to me that I didn’t share my personal choices for eating on a budget when living in Educity, so here’s my personal guide! These are things that I ate when I lived at Educity.

Hi everyone, posting quite with a bit more frequency these days, and this time I’m sharing a Japanese food truck in Fuyi (富一) Japanese Food Truck! This is a pretty neat place to go for your midnight suppers!

Pretty new to the Bukit Indah/Nusa Bestari area (I believe they opened March 2019) is Heng Heng Western Food, which is a nice place to get a decently priced meal! Here’s what I had on my latest visit!

With similar origins to the wildly famous (I have lots of friends who swear by this Bak Kut Teh) Bak Kut Teh from Kota Tinggi, Kiang Kee Bak Kut Teh (强记肉骨茶), Kota Zheng Zhong offers Johor Bahru-ians a chance to experience that very taste right from Nusa Bestari.

Famous for their “Biggest Pizza in Malaysia” at 21 inches, Sunny Pizzaria is a great place for celebrations, date nights, and even just a quick bite! Serving up delicious pizzas and pastas, this is a place that I highly recommend!

Today I have more food coming from the Nusa Bestari area (Giant side), and very recently I took a visit to IKar, a popular fish noodle restaurant! It has an extensive menu and delicious food, so I’m sure this will be something that you guys will enjoy.

If you want a bitter gourd soup, there’s no better place than Kah Kah Loke (佳佳乐苦瓜汤) to have your fix! It is a place that I find myself going back from time to time because they produce delicious homely meals.

My girlfriend is a pretty big fan of Dim Sum for breakfast, so I guess trust her when she says that this is what she thinks is the best Dim Sum in Johor Bahru. It serves all your usual Dim Sum favourites and comes at a pretty reasonable price.
