When you talk about viral Korean food in Sri Hartamas, I really cannot think of one Korean food spot that has gone this viral in Sri Hartamas in a while. I even think I’ve seen this place more than Busan Zip and Gamtan on social media, and that’s saying a lot! This is Dong Baek, a new Korean spot in Sri Hartamas specializing in pressure cooker dishes and unique Korean alcohol offerings.

In an already competitive Korean food haven in Sri Hartmas, one new Korean BBQ restaurant has caught my eye lately. It is none other than Dae Sam Sik Dang. On the same row as Busan Zip (click right on over for that review), this is another restaurant that is garnering attention and really long queues.

Coming to you with more Desa Sri Hartamas eats! This time, it is Dubu Dubu, a cozy restaurant in Hartamas Square serving up homely tofu dishes. If you’ve tried Buldojang - another very popular Korean restaurant in the area - it actually has the same owner and Buldojang is actually located the level below!

Being someone who lives in the Mont Kiara area, I can’t help but always stare at this restaurant and its endless queue and wonder - is this worth the hype? Over the weekend, I finally had a chance to try it, and here’s what I thought of it!

Really excited to be sharing Akira Back with you guys this week! The price may be a bit on the steeper side, but the food at Akira Back really is oh, so delicious. Another addition to the already crowded Eco Botanic space, Oven & Fried Chicken is a restaurant serving up chicken in various forms (fried, oven baked, etc.) and loads of other traditional Korean dishes (Jajjang Noodles, Kimchi Jeon, Bibimbap, etc.). Here’s what I thought of it!

My favourite Korean restaurant in the Johor Bahru area, Sisters BBQ is a great place for Korean BBQ without the fuss of smelling like barbecue after! Not to mention the excellent tasting food here, this is one of my personal top picks in the Bukit Indah area!

The list of restaurants at Citrine Hub is growing really rapidly, and I will be introducing to you guys the Korean option at Citrine Hub, Teumsae Korean Restaurant!

Mount Austin is home to a lot of Japanese and Korean food, and Dae Bap is another option for all you foodies out there! It offers a more homely variation of Korean cuisine.

If there was a restaurant that fits the busy young and hip crowd at 313 @ Somerset, it would be NY Night Market. This Korean restaurant offers a nice spin on Korean cuisine with its selection of foods which blend Korean with New York themed dishes.

I’m a sucker for Korean fried chicken, I’m a big fan of the way it tastes more healthy than a KFC, but packs so much flavour inside of it. That’s why me and my girlfriend headed over to Chi Mac for a nice dinner.
