For all those looking for a decently priced lunch (as long as you’re not greedy like me XD), Liang Khee Tomyam Mee is a nice option to look at! Similar in concept to Xiang La La (except this one is in Tomyam Soup), this is a pretty yummy place to grab a nice lunch.

Coming to you guys back from Johor and this time it is Fortune Pot Wan Tan Mee! This is probably something that comes in between your average coffee shop Wan Tan Mee and your Din Tai Fungs, so this is a pretty interesting concept!

Poke bowls are something I LOVE eating. They’re healthy, nutritious and taste really yum (got lots of flavour with the fruits, nuts and what not), so it isn’t too much of a surprise today that I’m sharing a really nice poke bowl stop in Poke Twins Mount Austin.

If you’re finding a nice location to get your Poke Bowl fix, you need not look further than Top Catch Fisheries (otherwise known as 頂魚屋). Although my understanding is that more people come here for their supply of frozen fish, they have some delicious choices on their menu, that will really satisfy your raw fish cravings!

Mount Austin is home to a lot of Japanese and Korean food, and Dae Bap is another option for all you foodies out there! It offers a more homely variation of Korean cuisine.

Perhaps every instagram user who goes to Johor has a picture at this almost iconic restaurant. The ambience alone is almost enough for many to make the trip here, with flowers hanging off the ceiling and the lights dim down low.

Tastea is a quiet little restaurant in Mount Austin serving up gorgeous lunch and dinner meals, albeit at a (fairly premium price). A few friends and I headed there for lunch and sunk our heads into their uber unique soft shell crab pasta, here is what I thought of the experience.
