Coming to you this week from the Damansara Jaya area, this time it is LI, or 力 in Chinese. This was for a teambuilding kind of lunch for my company, so this round I was responsible for picking out the venue - and this is what I went with in the end. This was what we ate for 3 (of course we tried to maximise our budget haha, so by no means is this a normal 3 person meal).

Today on the blog is a restaurant that has always been at the back of my mind - it seems like there are a few different names for it - The Farm, The Farm Foodcraft, The Farm Restaurant. You get the idea. It’s located at The Sphere in Bangsar South, and this is what I thought of it!

Being someone who lives in the Mont Kiara area, I can’t help but always stare at this restaurant and its endless queue and wonder - is this worth the hype? Over the weekend, I finally had a chance to try it, and here’s what I thought of it!

If you’re looking for some legitimately delicious (but guilty-pleasure inducing) food around Mont Kiara, there really is no better place than Fat Fook Inn. This is legitimately a really yummy option for some premium (at least for me) Zi Char style food in Mont Kiara.

As much as I hate to say it, this is actually the BEST restaurant that I’ve been to in Kuala Lumpur …. for introverts. (XD) Probably not the feature that you were expecting to read about when coming to a food blog about Omulab, but just read more to find out why I feel that way.

Another one of those top places to go on the Burpple Top 100 for Kuala Lumpur restaurants in 2019, so I decided to pay it a visit. Slightly by chance because me and my sister actually wanted to go to After Black - happened to be closed on the day - so we saw Garage 51 a few shop lots up.

This is a pretty trendy restaurant, becoming what is probably one of the most hip restaurants in 2019, and I managed to finally try it at the very end of the year (New Year’s Eve XD)! Table & Apron’s fried chicken is a must have for all those looking for a delicious (and healthy) fried chicken!

That being said, I think that this is a banana leaf rice that is definitely worth sharing because despite my limited experience with banana leaf rice, this is DEFINITELY my favourite experience so far. So here’s my thoughts on Sri Nirwana Maju Restaurant (I tried the Bangsar branch).

Chef Chan Hon Meng is back at in again and this time he’s bringing his Michelin-Star awarded soy sauce chicken rice to the streets of Kuala Lumpur, with what I believe is his first permanent branch outside of Singapore.

Lee Seungri’s (however you may feel about him due to his complicated situation at the moment) - of Big Bang acclaim - ramen chain has been around in Pavilion for quite some time now, so I thought that while I was nearby, it was a perfect chance to try it out!

Probably the only brand associated with matcha that I can recognise immediately nowadays - today I’m reviewing Niko Neko Matcha (their actual shop lot) in Bangsar!

A slightly shorter food blog, this time being of Frozen by Ken in Bangsar KL! This is a dessert spot (I believe they do brunch as well) which specialises in unique artisan ice creams that I really enjoy.

Soya bean is back! For some reason, it has even gone the trendy route and gone for the full kakigori makeover, so here’s my personal review of SoyLab Damansara Uptown.

I was exploring on Burpple the other day and I stumbled upon this pretty cool dessert place in Foo Foo Fine Desserts TTDI. I would say it is rare to have that fine dessert experience without having dinner a lot of the time, but this is one of those exceptions.
